Back to School Lunchbox
Frankly, I don't want to think about it. But summer is starting to wind down and although that makes me sad as a someone who is a big kid at heart, it also makes me pumped because Fall is Fudge Season!
Our Back to School box is a little goofy and all delicious.
Our Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich is made with real strawberry mash, crunchy peanut butter and has some fun food science related wheat flavoring in the "bread" part. I can barely taste it, but my palate is broken apparently.
I never had Apples and Peanut Butter growing up, and a big "What the fudge?" goes out to my parents. Everyone looked at me like I had two heads when I said that. I had no idea. Sour, sweet and a little salty. All delicious.
I love frosted animal cookies to the point that I used to trade away anything in my lunch to get my hands on these things as a kid. Wait... was I deprived as a child? Anyway, we found a way to infuse the flavor of animal cookie frosting into vanilla fudge, filled it with more cookiesm threw on extra sprinkles and it's a total unicorn rodeo.
We've been using the name Choco Moo Moo in the store because it is very funny to hear grown men say they want that flavor. But now, we've swirled our Chocolate fudge with a Milk Concentrate Fudge (again, weird science is happening around here) mixed with Nesquik.
Otherwise, we have some goofy stuff. Gummy Hamburgers and Hot Dogs, a fudge covered Rice Krispie Treat and Caramel Corn for the full blown candy cafeteria vibe.
