Return & Shipping Policy
We have a 100% Happy Guarantee so if something is not quite right, please contact us ASAP at customerservice@zcioccolato.com.
Shipping:
We strive to ship out all orders within 2-3 business days Monday through Friday (and sometimes even on Saturday!). We do make our fudge fresh daily so there are times when we may run behind as we are busy making your fudge.
We ship all orders with USPS Priority Mail which is typically 1-3 business days in transit. We can also ship via UPS Ground by request, just mention it in the "notes" section at checkout.
If you need an order faster, you can also choose faster shipping or contact us and I will try to get your fudge packed as soon as possible.

Free Shipping on all orders over $30. Orders under $30 will incur a $8.00 shipping cost.
During hot weather, we will charge you only for the insulated bags we send your fudge in. (You can opt out by leaving me a note and I will refund you, but it's seriously $2 for the bag and it's probably worth it.)
Warm Weather Warning:
Fudge ships quite well in warm weather as each piece is individually wrapped. If your fudge arrives on the warmer side, 20 minutes in the freezer will bring it back to good form. During the hotter times of the year, we ship in insulated bags which should help protect them. If things got really fudging melted and oozed out of their wrappers, just contact us.
Returns
- If for any reason something is fudged up, we will either ship you a new package right away or extend a full refund, just let us know! Please let us know if you have issues with your order within 10 days from receiving your order. All returns or refunds will be processed within 3 days and you should receive your refund or product replacement within 7 days.
