The fudge is really great, but unfortunately you can't tell what you are opening in some cases. For example, dark and light fudge is a given, but tiramisu and apple cider is tough. Maybe an insert showing your selections, based on packaging, could be developed. Kind of embarassing to give someone something that isn't:)

I purchased this package of fudge for my 90 year old mother in sparks. I live in Lewiston, Ca so I did not see the delivered product. The product was on a truck for several hours before delivery and with the high temps melted into glue. My brother went to her house and put it in the refrigerator but said it was very good but had to eat with a spoon.

I was very impressed by the large selection of fudge that is available! I ordered the 9-piece box of fudge and had it sent to northern Ohio, which has had unusually hot weather lately. The fudge arrived in perfect condition! It was also an unexpected treat -- everyone had received chocolate candy for their birthday, but the fudge was a surprise and a real hit. There was only one "problem": It didn't last long! "Z. Cioccolato" is my new stand-by for birthday presents!

We were not home when it was delivered so it was in the hot mail box all day. The fudge looked a bit melted so I immediately place it in the refrigerator. I'm hoping it is ok to gift.

All of the fudge tastes extremely fresh, and the flavor combinations are incredible. We had to try the Peanut Butter Pie, which did not disappoint. My boyfriend's favorite is the S'mores, which was amazing. We also tried Chocolate Reese's Delight and Black Panther, both of which were delightful. We will definitely be buying more in the future!

We've only tasted the Chocolate/Peanut Butter fudge, but it's to die for. My favorite fudge is Peanut Butter, but his tops anything I have eaten. Absolutely delicious!
We still haven't tried the others, Pecan and walnut, but have high hopes that it will also be yummy.

The caramel cookie dough fudge is to die for. Sooo gooood. As usual the Rocky Road and peanut butter pie fudges were delicious. I haven't tried the June flavors Reese's and Snickers yet as well as the brownie. I'm sure they will be good as well. I ordered the 9 pc box. I got like 21 samples of taffy. 3rd time I've ordered and it never disappoints. I just wish they would put back S'mores.

You've done it again! I bought the Fudgy Snickers bar and Creamy Caramel Reese's and both are amazing. Definitely flavors that I will order again.
As a side note, due to household allergies, I would like to see you offer the ability to order individual flavors from your gift box specials. There has been times that we would like to try a flavor but it seems that it is only available as part the gift box. At that point it's not worth buying if you can't enjoy every piece.

I discovered Z Cioccolato probably close to 20 years ago. I’m a huge chocoholic and have the biggest sweet tooth, so I make a point of seeking out the very best of everything sweet, including fudge. I have yet to find a fudge to rival the one made by these amazing fudge makers. Their variety is unsurpassed, their creaminess and the general feel and taste of their fudge is simply the best anywhere. None of that graininess that a lot of fudge has. I’m so grateful they ship so I no longer need to wait in between visits to SF! Mike the owner is a great guy, and a couple of years ago when I had an issue with an order he was instantly responsive and resolved everything immediately. So grateful to have this place. In this heat product was half melted. I got it only a couple hours after delivery. Perhaps in hot months a gel pack would be better.

I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. The fudge and the handwritten note from you was the absolute highlight of my mom's 90th birthday! I showed her the video of you making the 7-layer fudge. She was impressed. She showed everyone the note you wrote. She is famous in our family for making cherry-chocolate fudge. It's made with cherry chips on the bottom, and a chocolate with nuts on the top. The cherry chips are hard to find now, but it was really really good. Best fudge I have ever tasted. I have ordered several times and sent a 9 PC. Box to a friend for Christmas, she loved the gift! The free shipping and offers are a nice added bonus. Not to mention the taffy, which in my opinion blows anything else away I have tried. This includes the taffy in SLO Cal, where they take pride in the taffy shops and flavors. Z. Ciocolatto's taffy is so super soft it melts in your mouth. They always send a sample with your order and it seems the pricing is great per lb.

Each time we visit San Francisco we stop at Z. Cioccolato for the amazing fudge and chocolates.
I had emailed one weekend and was surprised that Mike responded right away to my question. The fudge we wanted was "seasonal" and was the for another week. We placed the order and were pleased to also receive some salt water taffy and 2 pieces of the 7-Layer PB Pie fudge in the box. All the flavors we chose we delicious and very fresh.

This fudge never disappoints! I usually send another big name chocolate company (rhymes with Bee’s) for birthdays and other occasions, especially for friends and family back east until I heard about Z Cioccolato. Whenever possible I’ll send this fudge from now on. I love showing off wonderful products from the Bay Area and this is my new go to gift. Plus the customer service can’t be beat although I’ve never had an issue but Mike regularly checks in to be sure I’m happy and he sends email incentives that are hard to resist. My only concern is when sending fudge to the south it gets soft and needs to be refrigerated before eating.
