I ordered 6 + 3 more at checkout and there was a glitch in the order due to the very busy time of year. So I received all 6 of the flavors I chose as gifts for the staff at my residence, plus 3 more bars offered at checkout at a reduced cost, so I went ahead and ordered those as well. We always enjoy the fudge we've ordered! It was a great deal for the 3 bonus pieces but we weren't too excited about the flavors that were picked for us. We don't really care for pumpkin (Whiskey Pumpkin Pecan), in general. My fault for not telling you I have chewing issues. When making my choices I never order nuts. HOWEVER, with the chocolate walnut I sucked off the delicious chocolate fudge and then discarded the pieces of nuts so not a total loss. The nuts in the bourbon fudge seemed smaller/softer (pecans?) and I managed some. The fudge flavor was to die for and the mint swirl was great.

I’ve been trying for years to find a fudge like my Daddy used to make, and I think this may be it! I think the secret is in the stirring, and I’m not strong enough to blend the sugar to make it smooth and not grainy.
I ordered 9 pieces and went for the 3 extra random pieces selected by the seller.
Rocky road was the corner piece so I cut a sliver of it off to try……then went back and ate the entire piece, and my dog licked the marshmallow goo left on the wrapping.

A heartfelt appreciation to your exceptional staff for their outstanding, prompt, and efficient service.
On Friday, Nov. 17, around 10:30 a.m., I tearfully called your shop as the Post Office failed to deliver my fudge box on Nov. 15 as promised. They claimed issues that later proved somewhat inaccurate and mentioned sending the fudge back.
When I explained the problem to your shop, the kind gentleman who answered found my order on the computer and promised to resend it to my job instead of home. Subsequently, around 3 p.m. that Friday, the Post Office called, stating they found the box with a significant dent and smashed corners of the gift boxes, damaging some fudge. Despite my distress, around 4:30 p.m., UPS called to deliver another box directly from your shop. Surprisingly, it arrived the same day. Although I didn't expect it and was off work that Friday, the box awaited me when I returned to work, just in time for my office gift and a gift for my aunt. I enjoyed the bonus squares; they were delicious. Thank you for salvaging the situation.

I was offered the option to buy 3/4 pound extra at checkout for $10. I did so, received a receipt for the extra 3/4 pound and my credit card was charged the extra $10. However, I never received the extra 3/4 pound with my order and the tracking shows it was delivered with my order.
I have contacted this company three times to resolve this issue, in case it was an oversight. I have not received a response. So now I have to contest the extra charge on my credit card. The fudge was good. But not “sending multiple emails and chat requests and contesting charges on my credit card” good

Delicious fudge! This was a total order of 9 bars. As you can see, three bars have already been enjoyed! Haha We haven’t tried all flavors but so far the Raspberry Cheesecake, California Earthquake and Dark Chocolate couldn’t have been better. Smooth, creamy, and perfect consistency.
Packaging was great and in a sturdy attractive box which arrived in perfect condition- as did the contents! It was helpful to have the color flyer legend to be able to identify flavors. Item was shipped and received quickly as well.

I’ve been trying for years to find a fudge like my Daddy used to make, and I think this may be it! I think the secret is in the stirring, and I’m not strong enough to blend the sugar to make it smooth and not grainy.
I ordered 9 pieces and went for the 3 extra random pieces selected by the seller.
Rocky road was the corner piece so I cut a sliver of it off to try……then went back and ate the entire piece, and my dog licked the marshmallow goo left on the wrapping.
We were both verrrry happy!!

On Friday, Nov. 17, around 10:30 a.m., I tearfully called your shop as the Post Office failed to deliver my fudge box on Nov. 15 as promised. They claimed issues that later proved somewhat inaccurate and mentioned sending the fudge back.
When I explained the problem to your shop, the kind gentleman who answered found my order on the computer and promised to resend it to my job instead of home. Subsequently, around 3 p.m. that Friday, the Post Office called, stating they found the box with a significant dent and smashed corners of the gift boxes, damaging some fudge. Despite my distress, around 4:30 p.m., UPS called to deliver another box directly from your shop. Surprisingly, it arrived the same day. Although I didn't expect it and was off work that Friday, the box awaited me when I returned to work, just in time for my office gift and a gift for my aunt. I enjoyed the bonus squares; they were delicious. Thank you for salvaging the situation.

I was offered the option to buy 3/4 pound extra at checkout for $10. I did so, received a receipt for the extra 3/4 pound and my credit card was charged the extra $10. However, I never received the extra 3/4 pound with my order and the tracking shows it was delivered with my order.
I have contacted this company three times to resolve this issue, in case it was an oversight. I have not received a response. So now I have to contest the extra charge on my credit card. The fudge was good. But not “sending multiple emails and chat requests and contesting charges on my credit card” good

Delicious fudge! This was a total order of 9 bars. As you can see, three bars have already been enjoyed! Haha We haven’t tried all flavors but so far the Raspberry Cheesecake, California Earthquake and Dark Chocolate couldn’t have been better. Smooth, creamy, and perfect consistency.
Packaging was great and in a sturdy attractive box which arrived in perfect condition- as did the contents! It was helpful to have the color flyer legend to be able to identify flavors. Item was shipped and received quickly as well.

This is the best fudge! My only thing is it would have been nice if I could have chosen the extra 3 pieces, because 1) I would have liked to try a different kind and 2) one of the choices made for me had pralines in it, which I don’t like. Other than that, it’s great!

Z. Ciocollato is the best fudge in the US, that's for sure. I have bought from them several times, and I usually finish 6 bars of fudge in less than two days. I highly recommend them, and Mike is the best chef; he usually adds two or three extra flavors to your order, or taffy candy. Give it a try and you will be amazed.

This is the second order we have placed in the past couple weeks. Our original order was for six pieces and we enjoyed them so much we ordered another six pieces, and the additional three pieces. This is the best fudge I have ever eaten and I am 77 years old. All the different flavors are amazing, and the quality is top notch. The fudge literally melts in your mouth. I loved the add on option for $10. I ended up receiving a flavor I ordered in my 4 pc box, but not complaining I love cookies and cream it's one of my favorites! I also tried the milk chocolate cookie dough...wow. The different textures makes the cookie dough layer just pop. I'm excited to try the other flavor once I run around the block 527 times!

The 3 extra or bonus pieces were not marked and one of them, the cookies and cream had already been selected by me in the initial 6 piece order. It might have been nice to try flavors different than the ones I had already chosen, so that for future orders, I could know for sure which flavors I liked or not. Having said that, I will definately be back to order more fudge from this company. It was the best tasting, and creamy and soft. It was Delicious!

They were all very tasty - some more than others. I found that they were quite soft (and a bi t messy) so I kept the box in the frig to keep them firm.

So many choices, how is it possible I bought a 9-piece box and didn't scratch the surface? So, I got the 3 extra "chef's choice" pick to try some others (and STILL didn't exhaust the possibilities)! The 3 extra pieces filled out the gift box nicely and let us sample still more incredible flavors. But really...no sooner had I placed my order than the St. Patrick's Day flavors were announced, so I missed out on the chocolate Guinness? I may need to order more before the month is over!

I love this company! Great product - and timely professional friendly service! They make the customer feel special. I ordered 6 + 3 more at checkout and there was a glitch in the order due to the very busy time of year. So I received all 6 of the flavors I chose as gifts for the staff at my residence, plus 3 more bars offered at checkout at a reduced cost, so I went ahead and ordered those as well. I was sent the 6 but the 3 extra bars weren’t in the order upon receiving. Not only did Thomas right my order, he sent a box of 12 more at no cost, plus comped me on my original order! 17 years ago Zappos did a similar thing for me around the hectic time of my son’s wedding and I became a loyal lifetime customer! When a company treats their customers so generously, they have my vote and loyalty for eternity! lol. Their fudge is delicious and both product and service can’t be beat. We always enjoy the fudge we've ordered! It was a great deal for the 3 bonus pieces but we weren't too excited about the flavors that were picked for us. We don't really care for pumpkin (Whiskey Pumpkin Pecan), in general. The other 2 bonus pieces were both peanut butter (Peanut Butter & Chocolate Reese's Delight) and we had already ordered the White Tiger flavor to take care of our peanut butter craving.

My fault for not telling you I have chewing issues. When making my choices I never order nuts. HOWEVER, with the chocolate walnut I sucked off the delicious chocolate fudge and then discarded the pieces of nuts so not a total loss. The nuts in the bourbon fudge seemed smaller/softer (pecans?) and I managed some. The fudge flavor was to die for and the mint swirl was great.
