LOOOOVE that Purple Fudge!!! so since I can only have my favorite fudge (Red Velvet) during the holidays I can now declare (till Xmas time) Ube Ube fudge as my favorite for the rest of the year. That Purple fudge is soooo creamy. Love it....keep making it please.
