Chef Mike has moved his Chocolate Candy Making Classes to Virtual!
We have two Options:

Individual Classes: Chef Mike will send you an ingredients kit plus a link to a video where you can follow along at your own convenience.

Groups of 6 or more: Let Chef Mike lead your group in a live interactive class. Great for team buildings and distant family outings. Contact Chef Mike for pricing and availability.
Individual Classes - How does it work?
Chef Mike will ship you a kit filled with ingredients needed for the class. Once you receive your kit, we will e-mail you a link to the video where you can follow along with Chef Mike at your own convenience. Each kit will make between 1-2 lbs of candy, enough chocolate candy for up to 2-3 people.
Groups of 6 or more:
Chef Mike will work with you to choose a date and time and collect all shipping addresses. He will send each household a kit with ingredients and supplies a few days prior to the class.
- Date and times are very flexible.
- Each Kit makes enough chocolate for 2-3 people.
- Each household will make over a full pound of chocolate candies.
- Additional ingredients are available to purchase for larger households.
- Each class lasts aprox one hour.
- You will be making Jumbo Peanut Butter Cups, Pecan Nut Clusters, Almond Bear Paws, Dipped Oreos and Chocolate Covered Strawberries.
